Varsity Football Leaves Sunlake Howling in the Dust!

Final Score: 52-0

Under bright stadium lights, the Coyote’s Varsity Football team defeated Sunlake with a final score of 52-0. Friday, September 1st, students flooded the stands for the first home game, filling up the student section with spirit and cheers, dressed in their best Hawaiin attire. From the opening kickoff, the Coyotes were on fire, throwing multiple touchdowns a quarter, and racking up interceptions to match. After going up 35-0 at halftime, the score moderators decided to run the clock. Nothing could stop this pack of Coyotes; not even time itself. As the final buzzer rang signaling the end of the game, crowds roared as Cypress shutout Sunlake, securing a very important first home victory of the season.
